CHARLOTTE FRASER
Yoga +Â Sound Meditation Teacher
Charlotte has been a yoga and meditation teacher since 2005 and has continued to learn about the body, movement, spirit, sound and self expression. She also works as a lecturer in Education and has completed a Master of Education with research in Mindfulness. Charlotte has qualifications in children's & adults yoga, meditation, art therapy, sound healing, reiki and teaching.
ANDY BROADBEAR
Yoga Therapist + Teacher
Andy is a qualified Yoga Therapist and senior registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. She has over 10 years experience teaching a range of styles including vinyasa flow, pre & postnatal, yin & kids yoga, with a special interest in yoga for women's health. Her classes are a mix of playful, flowing sequences creating a moving meditation with the body, mind & breath.
MANDY BRIGGS
Yoga & Pilates Teacher
Mandy discovered a deep love of yoga 10 years ago and trained in the US as a teacher 7 years ago and as a Pilates instructor 5 years ago.  She loves connecting with her students, providing guidance, encouragement and above all a welcoming safe space and environment for her students to create changes in their bodies and minds to improve their quality of life. "Yoga is life changing and I can’t imagine my life without practicing and teaching yoga."
KIRSTEEN WARRINGTON
Yoga Teacher
Kirsteen’s first experience with yoga was 25 years ago to support her Taekwondo performance. The mental challenge of yoga led her to go deeper and honour her body from the inside out, learning to be mindful of how she treated & talked to herself. She now LOVES her daily yoga practice and the transformation it has given her. Kirsteen completed her 500hr YTT in the Krishnamacharya lineage a few years ago, falling in love with the Yoga Sutras and chanting, which she now invites her students to join in during her classes.
